Frequently Asked Questions
Revitalizant® is XADO’s proprietary metal-ceramic technology that restores worn metal surfaces inside engines, transmissions, and other mechanisms during normal operation. It forms a self-regenerating protective layer that helps reduce friction, wear, and noise while improving compression and smoothness over time.
The revitalization process begins immediately after application and develops fully within 600–900 miles of driving. You may notice quieter operation or smoother shifting even earlier, depending on wear level and operating conditions.
Yes. All XADO treatments are fully compatible with mineral, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic oils. You do not need to change oil type or viscosity—just follow the recommended dosage and add it to a warm system.
Absolutely. Revitalizant® does not alter tolerances or coatings—it only reinforces friction surfaces under load. In new or low-mileage engines, it forms a micro-protective film that helps prevent future wear and extends service life.
A single treatment lasts for 60,000 miles. Reapply after your if wear symptoms return or for preventive maintenance every 25,000–30,000 miles.
